The Patient Advice and Support Service will

Help clients understand their rights as patients.

Provide information, advice and support for those wishing to raise concerns about healthcare delivered by NHS in Scotland.

Listen, support and respect clients when raising concerns regarding a difficult experience.

Work with the NHS to use feedback to improve NHS Services provision.

This is a holistic service that also assists clients with a wider range of issues such as housing, employment, debt, benefits etc.   All clients are offered the full range of Bureau Services.
